At Dancover, we are always ready to help and handle your enquiry. We try to process all enquiries, questions and claims within 24 hours.

In order for us to meet the deadline of 48 hours, it requires that you follow the instructions very carefully throughout the process and send us all relevant information such as order number, item number, photo documentation and any relevant part numbers from the manual.

Please be aware that not receiving all relevant information will result in a drastic delay in the claim process time, in some cases up to 10-14 working days!

2 weeks’ time limit

Please notice you are obliged to check your order for possible faults and defects within 2 weeks after receiving them.

How to make a Claim

Below please find our Claim System designed to make it as easy as possible for you to make a claim and at the same time secure the right information so we can help you as efficiently as possible. To start a claim, please enter either your order number found on your order confirmation or your invoice number found on the invoice. Then just follow the instructions carefully.
